What we look for

Every applicant is interviewed before placement.

A postgraduate degree

A PG degree in the subject you want to teach.

NET, SET or PhD preferred

Preferred for every placement, and needed to teach PG programmes.

Teaching or industry experience

Classroom experience, industry experience, or both.

An interview

We interview every applicant before placing them with a college.

Ways to teach

Semester course

Take a whole course for the semester, including internal assessment and test papers.

By the hour

Teach hours as colleges book them, recorded on a monthly log signed by the HOD.

Guest lecture or workshop

Run a two-hour lecture or a full-day workshop on a topic in your subject.

From application to your first class

  3. Demo class When a college needs your subject, you take a demo class with the HOD.
  4. Teach Teach on the agreed schedule; the HOD signs a monthly hours log.
