The process

Four steps to a teacher in your classroom

  1. We call within one working day

    Tell us what you need

Share the subject, programme, hours a week and start date, using the request form or a call to a co-founder.

  2. Profile and proposal within two working days

    Meet the teacher

We share a teacher profile and arrange a demo class with your HOD, so you see the teacher in your classroom before anything is signed.

  3. Fee fixed upfront

    Agree the fee in writing

A short agreement covers the hours, the fee and the replacement terms. The fee is fixed before teaching begins.

  4. Signed monthly hours log

    Teaching begins

Your HOD signs a monthly hours log and we handle the rest. If a teacher leaves mid-semester, we place a replacement within 7 days at no extra cost.

Questions

Questions colleges ask us

What qualifications do Facultix teachers have?

Every teacher is postgraduate qualified in the subject they teach. For PG programmes, we place teachers with NET, SET or a PhD. Every applicant is interviewed before placement.

Can we see the teacher before we commit?

Yes. We share a teacher profile and arrange a demo class with your HOD before the agreement is signed.

What happens if a teacher leaves mid-semester?

We place a replacement within 7 days, at no extra cost to you.

How are fees decided?

The fee is fixed and agreed in writing before teaching begins. Hourly engagements are billed monthly from the hours log your HOD signs.

Does the teacher handle internal assessment?

For a semester course, yes. The teacher takes the whole course, including internal assessment and test papers.

How soon will we hear back?

We call within one working day of your request and send a proposal with a teacher profile within two working days.

Our subject isn’t listed. Can you still help?

Ask us. The faculty pool grows every semester, so send a request with the subject and we’ll tell you what we can offer.

Ready to fill a gap in your timetable?

Tell us the subject, programme and start date. We'll call within one working day.
